the rock is a rock, the water is feelings, the rock gets hit by the water and it sheds feelings all over the rock. the rock senses the water, absorbs it a little, feels it, tastes it, is cooled by it. the rock knows the water is just feelings it lets the water go and doesn't hold on to it.

i went down on siletz bay last night around dusk. the weather was changing and rain is coming in. there was a minus low tide that allowed me to walk almost across the bay. i paid attention to the fact that as the tide returns i might get trapped. i didn't nor did i want to wade through a rising tide with my camera and attachments.steve

The fog goes rolling by Boiler Bay, Oregon

yesterday the temperatures were in the upper 80's. today depending on how close to the ocean i was could make difference between air conditioning and turning on the heat. a cold fog pushed on in. steve

I think what big rocks like this is called a stack.  this was taken last night around sunset. the wind was blowing and it was cold. on the horizon line is otter rock.

this was taken this afternoon in yachats oregon on the 804 trail. have a friend that lives in yachats and gets shots from here frequently. i had to go down to south county and take a look at this spot.

Here are a couple of shots taken by Moolack Beach this evening. It was cold with a stiff north wind pushing squall lines landward.

It was a spectacular evening to be out shooting sunset pictures on the Siletz Bay, in Lincoln City, Oregon

here is the view from the high school in Cloverdale Oregon. it's a little town along highway 101 and is know for it's lush pastures, cows, and milk.
