here are some shots from the nelscott bigwave surf contest that was held here in lincoln city today. the waves were a little smaller than years past but still very exciting to watch.  the contest wasn't held last year due to lack of conditions. what a beautiful day, warm air, light off shore breaze, and big waves on and otherwise calm ocean.
